The Bonus Session is a one-hour panel of relevant, insightful advice for business and community leaders and takes place immediately after the NWO Prayer Breakfast.
Topics and panelists vary from year to year, but you can always expect to see local leaders on stage who are invested in our community and strategic in their places of work and influence.
We host this session from 9:00-10:00am, in the same room where the Breakfast happens. There is no additional cost to this event, as it is included in your Prayer Breakfast registration. Information about the current year's Bonus Session is typically published 1-2 months prior to the date of the NWO Prayer Breakfast.
Four marketplace leaders from the Greater Toledo area shared their leadership wisdom for the workplace. Dr. Clint Longenecker returned as our host and moderator for the session, asking the question - "How can we create a winning culture in the workplace through great leadership?"
Our panelists answered:

2. "The Uncommon Leader" by Wendi Huntley of Connecting Kids to Meals, Inc.
3. "The Three Biggest Lies A Christian Leader Believes" by Jim Lange of Kingdom Factor
4. "How to be a Better Leader" by Mike McCartney of McCartney Coaching, Ltd.
Five local marketplace leaders, led by Toledo's own Clinton O. Longenecker, Ph.D, answered survey questions about top concerns for business. This survey was sent out to the NWO Prayer Breakfast database of past attendees, and five top concerns were identified, which each of our panelists addressed.
